Prof. Yan Yang,Southwest Jiaotong University, China

Dr. Yan Yang is currently Professor and deputy dean of Computing and Artificial Intelligence, Southwest Jiaotong University. Her research interests include artificial intelligence, big data analysis and mining, ensemble learning and multi-view learning, cloud computing and cloud services, etc. She also is the Distinguished Member of Chinese Computer Federation (CCF), Senior Member of Chinese Association for Artificial Intelligence (CAAI), Member of IEEE and ACM, Executive Member of CCF Artificial Intelligence and Pattern Recognition Special Committee, Executive Member of CCF Theoretical Computer Science Special Committee, Executive Member of CCF Big Data Expert Committee.

Prof. Steven Guan,Xi'an Jiaotong-Liverpool University, China

Steven Guan received his BSc. from Tsinghua University and M.Sc. (1987) & Ph.D. from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. He is currently a Professor and the Director for Research Institute of Big Data Analytics at Xi'an Jiaotong-Liverpool University (XJTLU). He served the head of department position at XJTLU for 4.5 years, creating the department from scratch and now in shape. Before joining XJTLU, he was a tenured professor and chair in intelligent systems at Brunel University, UK. Prof. Guan has worked in a prestigious R&D organization for several years, serving as a design engineer, project leader, and department manager. After leaving the industry, he joined the academia for three and half years. He served as deputy director for the Computing Center and the chairman for the Department of Information & Communication Technology. Later he joined the Electrical & Computer Engineering Department at National University of Singapore as an associate professor for 8 years.

Prof. Mouquan Shen, Nanjing Tech University, China

Professor Shen, a recipient of the esteemed "Six Talent Peaks" award from Jiangsu Province, holds a postdoctoral position at Southeast University and has served as a visiting scholar at renowned universities such as the University of Hong Kong, Yeungnam University in South Korea, and the University of Adelaide in Australia. He serves as the Principal Investigator of over 10 provincial- level projects, including grants from the National Natural Science Foundation of China, the National Bureau of Foreign Experts Affairs, and the Jiangsu Provincial Natural Science Foundation.

In recent years, Professor Shen has authored over 100 academic papers, boasting an H-index of 24, which have been published in prestigious journals such as IEEE Transactions on Automatic Control, IEEE Transactions on Cybernetics, and IEEE Transactions on Systems, Man, and Cybernetics: Systems. He has held esteemed positions as Editor-in-Chief, Associate Editor, or Editorial Board Member of 12 international journals. Additionally, he serves as an active reviewer for more than 80 domestic and international journals, including IEEE TAC and Automatica. Professor Shen also fulfills the role of a corresponding reviewer for the National Natural Science Foundation of China and numerous provincial and municipal science and technology projects.

Prof. Xiaofang Yuan, Hunan University, China

BIO: Prof. Yuan is a Professor and Doctoral Supervisor at Hunan University, specializing in intelligent control theory and application, as well as electric vehicle control in the field of automation. He has led and presided over numerous projects, encompassing general and youth projects funded by the National Natural Science Foundation of China, special postdoctoral projects supported by China, science and technology plans of Hunan Province, and the Doctoral Program Fund of the Ministry of Education. Dr. Yuan's research has been widely recognized and published, contributing over 50 papers to prestigious international journals in the field of intelligent control theory and application, including 40 papers indexed by SCI. Among these, several have been published in top-tier journals such as IEEE Transactions, highlighting the significance and impact of his work.

Prof. Yulong Wang, Shanghai University, China

BIO: Wang Yulong is a professor and doctoral supervisor at the School of Mechanical Engineering, Shanghai University, and distinguished professor, an "Oriental Scholar" in Shanghai. He presided over one national key R&D project and four National Natural Science Foundation projects, participated in and presided over more than 20 major projects of "New Generation Artificial Intelligence" of Ministry of Science and Technology, key projects of National Natural Science Foundation and Shanghai Natural Science Foundation projects, and served as the head of control theory and control engineering discipline of Mechanical College. Professor Wang also serves as Deputy Director of Networked Control System and Application Professional Committee of IEEE Industrial Electronics Committee, Standing Committee Member of Cloud Control and Decision Professional Committee of China Command and Control Society, Member of Integrated Automation Technology Professional Committee of China Automation Society, Member of Cyber-physical Systems Control and Decision Professional Committee of China Automation Society, Deputy Editor of International Journal of Fuzzy Systems, and Youth Editorial Board of Advances in Manufacturing.

Prof. Qingliang Chen, Jinan University, China

Qingliang Chen received the Ph.D. degree in computer science from Sun Yat-Sen University, China. He is currently a professor with Department of Computer Science, Jinan University and an adjunct professor with Institute for Integrated and Intelligent Systems (IIIS), Griffith University. He was a Postdoctoral Fellow with Peking University, from 2010 to 2012. His research interests are machine learning and pattern recognition, and he has published more than 30 articles in peer-reviewed international journals and conferences such as AAAI, IJCAI and ECCV, and has served as the principal investigator for three research grants from National Natural Science Foundation of China.

Assoc. Prof. Lei Chen, Shandong University, China

BIO: Lei Chen received the B.Sc. and M.Sc. degrees in electrical engineering from Shandong University, Jinan, China, and the Ph.D. degree in electrical and computer engineering from University of Ottawa, Ontario, Canada. He is currently an Associate Professor with the School of Information Science and Engineering, Shandong University, China. His research interests include image processing and computer vision, visual quality assessment and pattern recognition, machine learning and artificial intelligence. He was the principal investigator of projects granted from the National Natural Science Foundation of China, National Natural Science Foundation of Shandong Province, China Postdoctoral Science Foundation, etc. He has published more than 40 papers on top international journals and conferences in recent years including IEEE TIP, Signal Process., ICME, etc. He was awarded the Future Plan for Young Scholars of Shandong University. He served for many international conferences including the ICIGP 2021, CSAI2022, MLCCIM2022, and ICIVC 2023 as Program Chair, Technical Chair or Publicity Chair.
